About the Role

45 Architecture is seeking an Architect intern. This is an in-person, paid Summer internship, 40 hours a week beginning for 12 weeks, with the potential to extend beyond Summer.

Primary Responsibilities
• Support Principals and Project Managers with design and project duties, including but not limited to, drafting, permitting, meeting notes and distribution
• Communicate with internal project team members to ensure deadlines are met and duties completed
• Assist with reviewing, researching, preparing documents, contracts, code, and proposals
• Miscellaneous office tasks to help support a collaborative and successful company


  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional architecture firm is preferred

  • Recent or future graduates with an accredited degree in architecture are encouraged to apply

  • Visualization or Rendering portfolios preferred

  • Desire to learn and work as a team

  • Experience with Revit and Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Lumion are preferred

  • Excellent verbal, written, collaborative and graphic communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Willingness to help build an amazing company and share ideas on how to make a better company

Our portfolio includes custom, high-end residential homes and community projects such as libraries, K-12 and higher education facilities, stadiums, and athletic facilities.
