Ennis Public Schools Remodel
Client:
Ennis Public Schools
Year:
In Ennis, Montana, where the population is just over one thousand, children attend school in a K-12 building built in 1971. As the population grows, so does the need for an upgraded educational facility that supports the community in scale and a range of learning needs. Initiated in December 2020, this pre-bond effort focuses on planning and conceptual designs for expanding and updating the school's infrastructure. The reimagined project expands the footprint and integrates adequately sized classrooms, ADA-accessible infrastructure, safe pathways around the campus for crossing busy streets, and bringing the building as a whole up to code. The design also seeks to keep K-12 students on a single campus while accommodating future growth.
