Ennis Public Schools Remodel

45 Architecture is working with the Ennis School District to create conceptual plans and bond materials for a renovation and expansion of the existing school building adjacent to downtown Ennis, MT.

The existing facilities are not meeting the needs of this rapidly growing community. This pre-bond effort includes determining what spaces need to be added to facilitate the educational and support functions of the campus, as well as improving the existing spaces. Throughout the planning and community engagement processes, the following project pillars were established:

• Add adequate space conducive to positive learning environments
• Prioritize code, accessibility, and infrastructure
• Prioritize keeping K-12 age groups together on one site
• Masterplan to stay on-pace with community growth, while being fiscally responsible
• Prioritize long-term solutions
