Mic Wilkins

Designer

Superpower | Hands-on Maker // When he’s not on the trail, Mic spends his free time developing his carpentry skills, sketching, and noodling on the guitar.

Mic’s hands-on approach to architecture is one that blends creative composition with technical precision. Influenced by Japanese design and building techniques, he’s inspired by the intersection of architecture, fashion, product, and furniture design. A graduate of Mississippi State, Mic worked at architecture firms in Tennessee and North Carolina before making his way to Bozeman in search of outdoor adventures in the mountains of Montana. His love of the outdoors has influenced his work, as his designs reflect and coexist with nature vs. work against it. He’s optimistic for the future of architecture as more sustainable and regenerative practices take hold.
