Ashley brings her passion for creativity and organization to 45 Architecture & Interiors, where she plays a crucial role in keeping people and processes set up for success. Office manager, hen mother, keeper of all answers, Ashley’s list of roles and responsibilities at 45 is extensive, and she loves them all. 

Observing her dad’s work ethic and working at her family’s small business at a young age shaped Ashley’s professional outlook. There she answered phones, delighted in customer interaction, and developed a knack for multi-tasking. Growing up on the Blackfoot Reservation also contributed to her skills in intuition—she’s constantly observing her surroundings and anticipating where she’s needed. After studying Art History at Montana State University, and knew she wanted to integrate art and design in her work. Part of the reason she says she loves working at 45 is the opportunity to do exactly that—work with creative people who love what they do.
