Design principles: To establish the foundational principles upon which the brand of the project rests and give a clear voice to the thoughts and aspirations of the key stakeholders. Design connections: To identify the “connective tissues” or “common threads” that run between all of the design disciplines (architecture, interiors, signage, landscape, etc). Naming recommendations: To name the project in a manner consistent with the true “essence” of what the place wants to become, drawing on the history of the site, regionally significant trails, flora and fauna, and more.
