Simkins-Hallin

Since 1946, Simkins-Hallin Inc. has served the city of Bozeman and surrounding areas to meet the demanding needs of Montana’s rapidly growing building industry. Outgrowing their current location in downtown Bozeman, Simkins decided to relocate their entire operation to a new 34-acre green field industrial site north of town. 45 Architecture & Interiors joined with Simkins in planning and designing their new campus. The facilities include a 35,000 square foot office and retail store, six large pre-engineered metal buildings to accommodate warehousing, manufacturing and maintenance operations, and several lumber storage sheds and racks. The project is currently scheduled to begin construction in Summer 2025.
