Jeff Lusin is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in architecture. Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Washington State University, followed by a Master of Architecture degree from Montana State University. Recently, Jeff obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University.


As the Owner and Principal of 45 Architecture, LLC, Jeff works closely with his partners to provide exceptional service to clients. With extensive experience in residential, commercial, hospitality and healthcare architecture, he has previously worked in San Francisco, Portland and Seattle.

A dynamic and collaborative leader, Jeff is dedicated to mentoring and engaging his staff. He is responsible for project quality control, leading the team in detailing, and overseeing construction and control on all projects. He is known for his superior communication, programming, and design development skills. Jeff is always challenging his team to produce insightful and creative architectural solutions, and he is committed to providing unparalleled service to 45 Architecture clients.


In addition to his professional pursuits, Jeff is a champion for mentorship and continued education and actively engages and supports these efforts in his local community. He believes that this is key to cultivating design. He is also highly involved in his community and gives much of his time to local organizations. He currently resides in Bozeman with his wife and two children.


Project Experience | Jeff worked for firms in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Big Sky, and Bozeman with project types ranging from high end residential, hospitality, commercial, and sports and recreation. ​

Architectural Style | Jeff’s main goal is allowing the architecture to be subtle in the function of the space. “It’s important to bring to life the vision the client has and meet it with great architecture that doesn’t overpower the space.
