She is the Operations Manager at 45 Architecture, ensuring a streamlined and holistic functioning business. Charlotte is a problem-solver and enjoys conducting research to not only maintain the firm’s efficiency and effectiveness, but help scale the business. Her interest in operations and investment in her professional talent extends coast-to-coast as she is earning her MBA.
