- Primary Responsibilities
• Manage daily Accounts Payables and Receivables, bill pay schedule
• Work with Project Managers to review project fees and budgets
• Responsible for preparing bank deposits and account reconciling
• Responsible for preparing semi-monthly payroll reports and handling expense reimbursement in a timely manner
• Responsible for monthly client invoices and correspondence
• AR collections
• Manage file system for accounting records, taxes, business information and other internal documents.
Requirements
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
3-5 years of office management, administration, accounting/bookkeeping experience required
Must have QuickBooks experience
Experience in Human Resources preferred but not required
4-year college degree in business administration or accounting preferred
Advanced Excel skills such as, running statistical analysis, pivot tables, distributions
Professional verbal, written and collaborative communication skills
Positive attitude
Problem solver
Able to work independently
Be self-motivated and resourceful
